The operator processes your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) a) of the GDPR Regulation, resp. § 13 par.1 letter a) of the Act - the data subject has consented to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) b) of the GDPR Regulation, resp. § 13 par.1 letter b) of the Act - processing is necessary for the performance of the contract to which the person concerned is a party, or that, at the request of the person concerned, measures are taken before the conclusion of the contract and in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) c) of the GDPR Regulation, resp. §13 paragraph 1 letter c) of the Act - processing of personal data is necessary to meet the legal obligations of the operator under special legislation. These are, in particular, the following special regulations:

Act no. 395/2002 Coll. on archives and registries and on the addition of certain laws;

Act no. 431/2002 Coll. on accounting as amended;

Act no. 595/2003 Coll. on income tax;

Act no. 222/2004 Coll. on value added tax;
